Booking your wedding officiant should feel simple and stress-free. Here’s what you can expect when you reach out to Rebecca’s Weddings LLC.
1. Send an Inquiry
Start by filling out the contact form on my website with your wedding date, location, and ceremony details. This helps me check my availability and learn a little about your vision for the ceremony.
2. Availability & Pricing Confirmation
If I’m available for your date, I’ll respond with ceremony package options and pricing. If travel or rehearsal attendance is required, I’ll include that in the quote so you know the total cost upfront.
3. Secure Your Date
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send an invoice and contract. Your date is officially reserved once the signed contract and deposit are received.
4. Ceremony Planning Begins
After booking, we’ll start planning your ceremony! I’ll guide you through choosing your ceremony structure, vows, readings, and any special elements like unity ceremonies. My goal is to create a ceremony that reflects your relationship and feels meaningful to you.
5. Rehearsal
If your package includes a rehearsal, I’ll attend and help guide your wedding party through the ceremony processional, positioning, timing, and recessional so everyone feels confident and prepared for the big day.
6. Wedding Day
On your wedding day, I arrive early, perform your ceremony, and make sure all legal paperwork is completed and filed correctly.
