Disclaimer: Marriage Eligibility Policy
Couples are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to marry in the state where their marriage license is issued.
If there is any known legal question regarding eligibility to marry (including but not limited to recent divorce finalization, waiting periods, or residency-related restrictions), I may require written confirmation from the appropriate county clerk or a licensed attorney before officiating the ceremony. I require the right to refuse service if this confirmation can't be obtained.
I do not provide legal advice regarding marriage eligibility or state-specific marriage laws. If you are unsure about your eligibility, I strongly recommend contacting the county where you plan to obtain your marriage license or speaking with a qualified family law attorney prior to booking.
Disclaimer: Booking Policy
To officially reserve your wedding date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. This holds your date exclusively for you and ensures no other bookings are accepted for that day. Now until June 30, I am taking only 25% down to reserve your date!
Your date is not confirmed until the retainer is received and booking is approved. The remaining balance is due prior to or 7 days before your ceremony, as outlined in your agreement. This applies to all ceremonies except license signings.
